Something for everyone. Take advantage of the many services CONNECT offers in addition to our competitive cheer and dance teams.
Birthday Parties
The first hour is filled with cheer & dance fun and games in the gym and is directed by one of our instructors. The last half hour is reserved for opening presents and serving any refreshments you bring in to our party areas. No experience is necessary to participate. All participants must sign a release of liability form in order to participate!
Choreography
Our highly experienced coaches and choreographers have been sought after by high school and All Star teams from all over the country! We provide professional, innovative and exciting choreography for all levels and types of teams. Choose from any combination of our highly qualified choreographers to create a full routine, or sections of your routine. We specialize in half-time and specialty performances and full-length competition routines. Contact KC for more information and pricing.
Gym, Mat and Spring Floor Rentals
Any group, instructor or personal fitness trainer of any type seeking open gym space for rehearsals or practices of an athletic nature will find our facilities conducive, private, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. We are available for both temporary or regular use on a case-by-case basis.
Private Lessons
Sometimes, the fastest way to learn is one-on-one. Schedule your private cheer, dance, tumbling or fitness lesson with one of our coaches and watch your development dramatically accelerate.
Private Team Training
High School, Recreational or All-Star teams can receive private training with members of our exceptional coaching staff in a safe & friendly environment. Scheduling can be made on a one-time or recurring basis.
Recreational Classes
Whether you enjoy tumbling, breakdancing, kickboxing, Hip Hop or Fitness… There’s something for everyone at CONNECT. Our recreational classes are open enrollment so you can join us anytime of the year! We even have adult classes!
